INTAGE Inc., which has jointly developed a real-time video evaluation service with Paronym Inc., has released the following press release.
We have developed a “real-time video evaluation service” which allows more intuitive video evaluation simply by tapping the smartphone screen (Japanese only)
INTAGE Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Ayumi Higaki; hereinafter: INTAGE) and Paronym Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Michio Kobayashi; hereinafters: Paronym) has jointly developed a real-time video evaluation service using the latest technology, and has released the service from October 23, 2019.
The real-time video evaluation service utilizes the interactive video technology Tig, designed and developed by Paronym Inc., and is used in online surveys to evaluate the video by tapping the screen of a smartphone while it is playing.
The respondent can easily answer questions about the video embedded in the online survey such as “Which part left an impression?” or “Which part did you like?” by simply tapping relevant areas on the screen.
This service also allows a better understanding of the responses given, as the data stored using Tig indicate which element or which scene they have responded to and how frequently they were tapped.
Also, in the survey, questions that delve in deeper, such as why they chose or how favorable they will rate a certain element, can be asked based on what was tapped.
