Follow-up report on AWS connectivity issue (Tokyo region)

Dear Client,

Concerning the AWC EC2 connectivity issues we have notified you on August 23rd, 16:00 JST, we have confirmed that there has been a comment made by AWS that the majority have recovered.

Citation: The majority of impaired EC2 instances and EBS volumes experiencing degraded performance have now recovered. We continue to work on recovery for the remaining EC2 instances and EBS volumes that are affected by this issue. This issue affects EC2 instances and EBS volumes in a single Availability Zone in the AP-NORTHEAST-1 Region.

In addition, we have confirmed the normal operation of the TIG services that we are currently providing.

We will continue to check on the matter and will respond as necessary.

1. When playing some of the TIG videos, an error may occur when played.
2. When using TIG CMS, a communication error may occur

On our TIG system structure, we do not currently detect specific issues regarding our service.。
If there are reports from AWS or changes to recovery or service status, we will promptly announce as necessary.
